Assistant Manager- Delivery Hub

At Worli Dairy, we take pride in delivering clean, safe, and nutritious dairy products while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and compliance. The Assistant Hub Manager will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our central hub, supporting the Hub Manager in processing, storage, and distribution of milk and dairy products. This role will involve close coordination with spoke managers, delivery partners, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient movement of products.

As the second-in-command at the hub, you will handle quality checks, manage inventory and packaging supplies, oversee cold storage, and prepare operational reports. It is a hands-on role where you will work with daily SOPs such as sanitization and crate handling to ensure the hub runs like clockwork. If you are detail-oriented, comfortable with early shifts, and excited to learn the ins and outs of modern cold chain operations, this role is a strong stepping stone toward leadership in supply chain and hub management.
