Assistant manager - Delivery Spoke

Worli Dairy is dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality, and nutritious dairy products by maintaining strict hygiene, quality, and compliance across its supply chain. To strengthen our on-ground operations, we are hiring a Spoke Manager who will take charge of daily activities at the spoke center.

In this role, you’ll ensure smooth procurement, proper chilling, and thorough quality checks of milk before it moves forward in the supply chain. You’ll coordinate with transporters and the central hub team, oversee sanitization and storage hygiene, and maintain records of procurement, testing, and dispatches. With 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or FMCG operations, you’ll act as a critical link between field operations and the hub, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality at every step. This is a field-level leadership role that offers strong ownership, hands-on exposure to dairy procurement, and the chance to grow in supply chain operations.
