Customer Support Executive

We’re looking for a Customer Support Associate to be the voice of Worli Dairy for our customers. In this role, you’ll handle queries, delivery issues, complaints, and feedback across WhatsApp, calls, and email with empathy and clarity. It’s not about reading scripts but about solving problems, building trust, and ensuring every customer feels cared for. You’ll track recurring issues, collaborate with ops and tech teams to fix root causes, maintain accurate records, and share customer insights with the founding team to shape better products and experiences.

The ideal candidate has 0–3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or community management, communicates clearly and empathetically, and can switch between English, Hindi, and Kannada. You’re organized, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced startup environments where ownership matters. Experience in D2C, subscription models, or FMCG is a bonus. This role offers hands-on exposure to customer experience in a growing brand, growth opportunities into leadership roles, learning in CRM and analytics, and a competitive salary package.

Must Have

  • 0–3 years customer service/ops experience
  • Clear and empathetic communication
  • Kannada, English, Hindi comfort (bonus)

  • Knowledge of subscription business models
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Background in community management
