Performance Marketer (Meta + Google Ads)

We’re hiring a Performance Marketer to drive growth through Meta and Google Ads, managing an ad spend of around ₹1L per month. You’ll own the entire performance funnel, from planning and running campaigns to setting up tracking, analyzing results, and scaling what works. Alongside optimizing ads, you’ll collaborate with our content and design team to test creatives, copy, and landing pages, ensuring every rupee spent drives measurable impact.

The ideal candidate has at least a year of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads, a strong grasp of performance metrics, and familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics. Experience managing budgets of ₹50K+ per month is key, while D2C or FMCG exposure is a bonus. This role offers direct mentorship from founders, fast-track growth opportunities, and the chance to build marketing systems from scratch, plus free milk as part of the perks.

Context

You’re applying for the Performance Marketing role at Worli Dairy, a D2C A2 milk brand launching in Bengaluru. We’re targeting health-conscious urban moms, fitness enthusiasts, and families who care about gut health and clean food.

Our first focus: running paid campaigns on Meta (Instagram + Facebook) and Google (Search & Display) to build awareness and drive early conversions.

Task Overview
