Surrounded by nature in a peaceful setting, the role focuses on maintaining and repairing machines and electrical systems, overseeing cooling and processing units, and ensuring daily factory operations stay efficient and reliable.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain & repair equipment
  • Oversee cooling & processing units
  • Ensure smooth daily operations
  • Do routine inspections & maintenance
  • Resolve technical issues fast

Must Have

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics
  • 1–3 years of relevant maintenance/operations experience
  • Hands-on with dairy/food processing or industrial machinery

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of electrical panels, motors, and cooling systems
  • Problem-solving skills with readiness for on-ground work
